2. 2. Your decision to make a donation is entirely based on your free will and independent judgment. You shall be aware that 2DWallpapers cannot absolutely guarantee the full legal compliance of the copyright status of displayed images, and any legal risks arising from the use of these images shall be borne by you personally.
V. Disclaimer of Liability
1. Although 2DWallpapers has made all reasonable, appropriate, and effective efforts to ensure that the displayed wallpaper images do not infringe upon others' copyrights, due to the public online sources of images, 2DWallpapers cannot conduct exhaustive, precise, and comprehensive verification of the copyright status of all images. Therefore, 2DWallpapers makes no warranty regarding the copyright status of the images.
2. 2DWallpapers makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, timeliness, or applicability of the wallpaper images displayed on the Website. 2DWallpapers shall not assume any liability for compensation, reimbursement, or legal responsibility for direct or indirect losses arising from issues related to the images in the above aspects.
3. 2DWallpapers shall not assume any liability for compensation, reimbursement, or legal responsibility for any losses of any nature or form (including but not limited to data loss, profit loss, business interruption, or legal liability) directly or indirectly caused by the use of the Website's wallpaper images, provided that 2DWallpapers can prove it has fulfilled reasonable duties of care and management.

5. The wallpaper images shared on the Website are based solely on their visual aesthetics and artistry. 2DWallpapers was unaware and had no subjective fault regarding any elements in the images (including scenes, characters, roles, etc.) that may contain insults, abuses, inappropriate behaviors, actions or expressions with special meanings, politically sensitive content, or expressions of specific political positions or views in related original works (such as films, novels, or comics), as well as any insulting, abusive, inappropriate, politically violation statements, or specific political positions or views made by the image creators, publishers, or real individuals (such as film directors) during their creative processes or real-life activities that violate laws, regulations, or public ethics. However, we attach great importance to the legality, morality, and compliance of content and sincerely welcome user supervision and reporting. Upon verification, we will immediately take corresponding measures, including but not limited to removing the relevant images.
VI. User Login and Comments
1. User Login

If you do not object and continue to use the Website's services within 30 days from the last revision date (June 24, 2025), you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Agreement. If you disagree with the revised terms, you have the right to discontinue using the Website's services.
2. The rights and obligations arising from the original Agreement between you and 2DWallpapers before the amendment shall remain unaffected.
IX. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. The interpretation, validity, performance, and resolution of any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
2. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly, good-faith, and active negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party may bring a lawsuit to the court with jurisdiction over 2DWallpapers's location to protect its legitimate rights and interests.
